Just don't make mistakes

Rich Dad Poor Dad:

"Do you see it? The diagram above reflects the actions of an individual who chooses to pay himself first. Each month, they allocate money to their asset column before they pay their monthly expenses. Although millions of people have read Classen's book and understand the words "pay yourself first," in reality they pay themselves last."

"1. Don't get into large debt positions that you have to pay for. Keep your expenses low. Build up assets first. Then, buy the big house or nice car. Being stuck in the rat race is not intelligent.2. When you come up short, let the pressure build and don't dip into your savings or investments. Use the pressure to inspire your financial genius to come up with new ways of making more money and then pay your bills. You will have increased your ability to make more money as well as your financial intelligence. ; : So many times I have gotten into financial hot water, and used my brain to create more income, while staunchly defending the assets in my asset column. My bookkeeper has screamed and dived for cover, but I was like a good trooper defending the fort, Fort Assets.Poor people have poor habits. A common bad habit is innocently called "Dipping into savings." The rich know that savings are only used to create more money, not to pay bills.I know that sounds tough, but as I said, if you're not tough inside, the world will always push you around anyway."

""Dipping into savings." The rich know that savings are only used to create more money, not to pay bills."

"My rich dad taught me to take the opposite tack. He believed in paying professionals well, and I have adopted that policy also."

Rich dad, poor dad cont.

Rich Dad Poor Dad:

"The most important specialized skills are sales and understanding marketing. It is the ability to sell--therefore, to communicate to another human being, be it a customer, employee, boss, spouse or child-that is the base skillpersonal success. It is communication skills such as writing, speaking and negotiating that are crucial to a life of success. It is a skill that I work on constantly, attending courses or buying educational tapes to expand my knowledge."

I really need to find people that are smarter than me!

"I have friends who are geniuses, but they cannot communicate effectively with other human beings and, as a result, their earnings are pitiful. I advise them to just spend a year learning to sell. Even if they earn nothing, their communication skills will improve. And that is priceless."
"So you see, after paying myself, the pressure to pay my taxes and the other creditors is so great that it forces me to seek other forms of income. The pressure to pay becomes my motivation. I've worked extra jobs, started other companies, traded in the stock market, anything just to make sure those guys don't start yelling at me. That pressure made me work harder, forced me to think, and all in all made me smarter and more active when it comes to money. If I had paid myself last, I would have felt no pressure, but I'd be broke."

""Well, most people let the bullies kick sand in their faces. I decided to use the fear of the bully to make me stronger. Others get weaker. Forcing myself to think about how to make extra money is like going to the gym and working out with weights. The more I work my mental money muscles out, the stronger I get. Now, I'm not afraid of those bullies.I liked what rich dad was saying. "So if I pay myself first, I get financially stronger, mentally and fiscally.""

"What I know makes me money. What I don't know loses me money. Every time I have been arrogant, I have lost money. Because when I'm arrogant, I truly believe that what I don't know is not important,"

Financial Literacy

DrJekyll:

"Make contacts. Make the people you speak to every day like you. Befriend everybody fromt the receptionist to the CEO. Make friendship a habit. Introduce yourself to people and make sure you remember their motherfucking names. Buy a black book if you have to, and write a brief description of them so you can look at it later if you need a refresher."

Ranko splitting with Robert:"I want to believe that a man is better than he is, and then I get screwed..."

Rich Dad, Poor Dad:

"If you want to be rich, this is all you need to know. It is Rule No. 1. It is the only rule. This may sound absurdly simple, but most people have no idea how profound this rule is. Most people struggle financially because they do not know the difference between an asset and a liability."Rich people acquire assets. The poor and middle class acquire liabilities, but they think they are assets" "If you want to be rich, you've got to read and understand numbers."

An asset is something you can turn into cash.

"An asset is something that puts money in my pocket. A liability is something that takes money out of my pocket."

"Job (provides income)-> Expenses(Taxes Food Mortgage Clothes Fun Transportation)
Asset (none) Liability (Mortgage Consumer loans Credit Cards)

This is the cash flow pattern of a wealthy person:

Assets(stocks bonds notes real estate intellectual property)->income (dividends interest rental income)'

Fear... of course:

"That is why my educated dad said the Japanese valued the power of the mirror the most, for it is only when we as humans look into the mirror do we find truth. And the main reason that most people say "

Play it safe1' is out of fear. That goes for anything, be it sports, relationships, career, money."

Mike's dad:
"Here was a man who had not gone along with the crowd. He was a man who did his own thinking and detested the words, "We have to do it this way because that's the way everyone else does it." He also hated the word "can't." If you wanted him to do something, just say, "I don't think you can do it.""

"An intelligent person hires people who are more intelligent than they are."

"Income > Expense
Asset > Liability"

"Wealth is a person's ability to survive so many number of days forward... or if I stopped working today, how long could I survive?"

"The rich buy assets. The poor only have expenses."

----

"Often in the real world, it's not the smart that get ahead but the bold." "Work to Learn - Don't Work for Money" I need to take a job that will learn me marketing skills. "If you're not a good leader, you'l get shot in the back, just like they do in business." "But for those of you who might be on the fence when it comes to the idea of working to learn something new, I offer this word of encouragement: Life is much like going to the gym. The most painful part is deciding to go. Once you get past that, it's easy. There have been many days I have dreaded going to the gym, but once I am there and in motion, it is a pleasure. After the workout is over, I am always glad I talked myself into going."

Sapiens story

Sapiens:

Meditate upon The First Fundamental Principles....
"All Beings have an equal and unalienable right to exist. But not all Beings are created with equal abilities."
"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Don't do to others what you don't want done to you, for you are ultimately responsible for your actions or inactions. "
"Let not your Virtues or Vices be used against you."

The Fundamental Principle of Making Money …..
"You must make a profit within the time required to cover your costs and expenses and invest a portion of the profit to grow.”

- - -
What separates the social classes? Simple: knowledge! The knowledge the upper classes have gained and passed to its descendants is protected from the lower classes by classifying such knowledge as Occult, Evil or Malicious. The masters of the upper classes know that by obscuring knowledge in myth, mysticism and religion, the majority of the population of the lower classes will never rise about their station in society.

A couple of months later he told me that the transition of boy to man in our society is not clearly made, and that some grown individuals never stop being boys. As a matter of fact they never “get it.” What those individuals don’t get is this: once you are an adult you are responsible for your actions or inactions. Only those individuals that have the drive and ambition to subjugate or convince others to follow them will be Kings.

I was asked, if I needed to know one thing, what would it be? The thing I would need to know is this: It's all in your or my head. What does that means? It means, you have the same right to exist that others have, only your recognition that they are superior to you makes them so. Power is given, not taken. People give you power over them or you give them power over you. That's all.
